When you submit the contact form we collect the name, phone number, and description of your concrete problem that you type into it, plus the page you submitted from and the time of submission. We do not ask for, and do not need, your address, payment information, or any government identifier to respond to an inquiry.

When you call us, we collect the phone number that appears on the call and whatever you choose to tell us during the conversation.

The phone number shown on this site may be a call-tracking number. Call-tracking services record the calling number, the time and duration of the call, and which page or source produced the call, so we can understand which parts of the site are useful.
